Listen to the Call
We are not His disciples,
but we are His saved followers (believers). It may be difficult for us to understand God’s word, but we know that our
commitment will see us through an understanding of his message. While our nature is sinful, our love of Jesus causes us to
want, need, and desire his grace and his peaceful understanding.
This Christmas let
us truly rejoice in our God giving us a continual second chance. Jesus is how he did it and church is how we perfect the acceptance of it (the gift)! The parables explain
many mysteries but worship, service, and tithing are not part of this challenge. Instead we are directed to do exactly what
is commanded. Moreover, this causes us to dutifully study and apply the parables of Jesus.
This week prayerfully
read at least three parables. If possible, apply it to your daily life. Let the
Holly Spirit guide and motivate you in reaching out to the hurt, lost, misguided, and unsaved. Each one of us can make a positive
difference. The Holy Spirit will lead and guide you in making a difference with others!
God Bless,
Jim Wining - Pastor
Special Note
Thanks to our Board,
the church is considering several options which will greatly increase our service to the Lord! Stay tuned for updates!!!!!
